  • Customers must check ingredients and perform patch tests; we’re not responsible for allergic reactions.

  • You may not misuse the website (fraud, harassment, spreading harmful code, etc.).
  • Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased.

Return and Refund Policy

At Melodia Handcrafted Essentials, each product is created with intention, care, and the comfort of natural living. Your trust means a great deal to us, and we want every experience with our handcrafted essentials to feel warm, smooth, and reassuring. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to support you gently and professionally.


1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

  • because our products are personal care items made from natural ingredients, we are not able to accept returns on OPENED or USED items for safety reasons.
  • Still, your peace of mind is important to us. If an issue arises, we will do everything we can to take care of it thoughtfully.

2. WHEN WE CAN OFFER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:

  • We are happy to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when:

                    - your item arrived damaged --- if something did not travel well on its way to you, please reach out within 7 days, we will take gentle care of the situation.

                    - you received the wrong product --- mistakes happen on rare occasions, if we sent the wrong item, we'll send the correct one promptly & with our sincerest apologies. 

                    - you notice a quality concern --- our products are handcrafted in small batches; natural variations may occur. If you believe something is not as it should be, please contact us.

                    - your product is unused & unopened --- if an item has not been opened or used, we may accept a return within 7 days, provided it's in its original condition.

                         (RETURN SHIPPING MAY APPLY UNLESS THE ERROR WAS OURS)!!!

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

     To help us assist you smoothly and warmly:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (unless damaged during shipment).
  • Please share your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Photos may be needed for damaged or incorrect items so we can better understand what happened.

4. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:

     For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened and used items.
  • Product damaged after delivery.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Discounted or sale items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

5. RETURN SHIPPING:

  • If the concern was due to our mistake or a damaged order, we will cover return or replacement shipping.
  • For other return reasons, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

     Once your return or replacement request is approved:

  • Refunds are generally issued within (3-10 business days).
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • We'll stay in touch with gentle guidance throughout the process.

7. LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • Once a package is marked "delivered," we are unable to replace items that are lost or stolen afterward. If this happens, we'll gladly help you gather information or communicate with the carrier to find a solution.
